Cheryl Grillo began a career in the restaurant business after receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Furman University. She additionally completed a Wedding/Event Planner Certification from Midlands Technical College. Cheryl gained experience in the restaurant industry with the TGI Friday’s chain in Columbia, SC. She then moved on to Hilton Columbia Center where she utilized her skills as a Sales Manager and Event Supervisor. Cheryl excels in launching new relationships with businesses and accelerating relationships with existing clients. Her experience managing events, setups, audiovisual needs, and working closely with clients will be an asset to The Rick Erwin Dining Group team. The Rick Erwin Dining Group looks forward to working closely with Cheryl in order to promote the expanded private dining, group dining, and special event spaces that are now available due to recent expansion with the opening of Nantucket Seafood Grill this past spring.
