Pam’s expertise in the restaurant industry was developed over 15 years with Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in Dallas, Texas. She possesses a keen eye for detail, customer service, and customer relations. A move to Greenville in 2010 proved to be a unexpected gift for the Rick Erwin Dining Group. Although Nantucket Seafood Grill had not opened, Pam was quickly brought on board with the new restaurant in mind. Her initial focus and responsibility was directed toward the hiring and training process of the employees for the new restaurant. She assembled a team dedicated to a high level of service and attention to detail. Today Pam serves as the General Manager, and together with her management team, oversees all service operations of the restaurant.
